  1. NOTE: One character in all laserfonts is not porportional to the bitmapped  
  2. screen for! That character is the "space", so never adjust your page layout  
  3. by the use of the space character for any Postscript™ printer, but use a  
  4. tab instead. It requires a little more work, but the results are  
  5. spectacularly accurate.  
  6. You can thank the wonderful folks at Adobe™ for the  
  7.  Postscrpt™ language that makes today's desktop publishing a reality.

  9. The Laserfonts I am producing are being distributed on the SHAREWARE  
  10. system.  I have tried to keep the fees nominal so that everyone can afford

  19. If you want to make your own laserfonts, you can by using Atsys's  
  20. Fontographer, or several other font (logo) generation programs.  
  21. If you want  
  22. to design printer resolution dependant graphics, try Adobe Illustrator™,  
  23. FreeHand™, Cricket Draw™, MacDraw II™ or other object oriented (vector-based  
  24. drawing program.

  27. When using these fonts in PageMaker™, better results  
  28. are obtained by turning OFF the auto kerning feature of pagemaker after  
  29. "selecting" the type.
